لقياس مقاسك بدقة تحتاجين إلى شريط قياس ناعم. إليك الطريقة الصحيحة:
- قياس الكوب (البروز): ضعي شريط القياس عند أكبر نقطة في الصدر وقيسي المحيط. اطرحي منه قياس الجسم لتحصلي على الفرق الذي يحدد حرف الكوب.
- قياس الجسم (الحزام): ضعي شريط القياس أسفل الثدي مباشرة وقيسي المحيط بإحكام. إذا كان الرقم زوجياً استخدميه مباشرة، وإذا كان فردياً أضيفي رقم 1.
