1. Find your correct size
A bra size has two parts: the band (the number, e.g. 75, 80) and the cup (the letter, e.g. B, C, D). To measure at home with a soft tape:
- Band: measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under the bust.
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of the chest.
- The difference between the two gives your cup size — the bigger the gap, the larger the cup.
