1. Measure your underbust
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep it level and breathe out.
2. Measure your bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, wearing a soft non-padded bra. Do not pull tight.
Sizing varies between brands and styles. Treat this as your starting point and check the size details on each product page — or message us and we will confirm before you order.
How the calculation works
Band size
Your underbust measurement in centimetres, rounded to the nearest standard band (65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100). The band does most of the supporting work — it should feel firm, not tight.
Cup size
The difference between your bust and underbust measurements. Roughly 12–14 cm is a B cup, 14–16 cm a C, 16–18 cm a D, and so on up the range.
If you are between sizes
Go down a band and up a cup — for example, if 80C feels loose, try 75D. The two carry a similar cup volume with a firmer band.
Common questions
How often should I re-measure?
Every 6–12 months, and after any noticeable weight change, pregnancy, or surgery. Bands also stretch with wear, so an old bra is not a reliable size reference.
How should a correctly fitted bra feel?
The band should sit level across your back without riding up, the underwire should follow your breast tissue without digging in, and the cup should contain everything with no spilling or gaping.
